• Have not previously been suspended or banned by MalayClub
• Register in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of another person

MalayClub reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. You are required to provide a valid identification document (MyKad or passport) upon request. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own one account at MalayClub. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, identification details, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all existing balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. MalayClub will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information. Please ensure you:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings

Information Accuracy

All information you provide during registration and while using the platform must be accurate, current, and complete. malayclub conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm the identity of all members. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

Payment Methods

Malayclub supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, direct bank transfers to major local banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction
• All deposits must come from an account in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned
• Malayclub does not bear any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider
• Successful deposits are processed in real time and credited instantly to your account balance

Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account in the same name as your malayclub account
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method
• Members may be required to complete full identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed
• MalayClub reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to one week if there is suspicious activity that requires investigation

MalayClub offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance
• MalayClub reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion at any time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• Misuse of promotions, including multiple account registrations to claim bonuses, will result in permanent account closure

Conduct During Play

Game Results

All game outcomes at malayclub are generated by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results determined by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, malayclub reserves the right to void the related bets and return the wagered amount to your account.

MalayClub reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe
• Multiple account registration
• Misuse of the bonus or promotions system
• Pressure or direction from the relevant authorities

If you wish to voluntarily close your own account, please contact our support team via live chat. Ensure all available balances have been withdrawn before submitting the closure request, as any remaining balance after closure cannot be reclaimed.

MalayClub provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose. Specifically, MalayClub is not liable for:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses arising from your betting decisions
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances
• Actions by third parties, including game software providers
• Data loss resulting from natural disasters, cyberattacks, or events beyond our control

MalayClub's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed entirely by Privacy Policy of ours that applies alongside these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of international online platforms. As a user, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of MalayClub's services complies with the local laws applicable in your region of residence.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
